Refund policy

We truly hope you love your purchase! Every item is carefully checked and packed with care before it leaves our store. If something arrives damaged, please email us a photo within three days of receiving your order at info@desibydil.com, so we can make it right. Once approved, we will send you a return label and simple instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

If you change your mind after your order, that’s okay — return shipping costs will just be the buyer’s responsibility. We can email you a shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund if that’s easier for you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Returns should be shipped back within three days of getting your return label (or within three days of delivery if you are using your own label).
